This website contains all the info you should need about Bryan & Seze’s wedding in Çıralı, Turkey.

We know that traveling all the way to Turkey is quite an adventure for many of you. We have been there many times and are here to help. If you have any questions not answered on this website, do not hesitate to contact us.

Many of you may be wondering: why have this wedding in Çıralı, a small Turkish village by the sea in the middle of nowhere? Well, as most of you probably know, Seze is of Turkish descent, and the country holds a very special place in her heart. Her parents were both born in Turkey, and she spent a few years of her early life living there. Her grandmother, Şen Sahir Silan, retired to Antalya, Turkey (the closest city to Çıralı) and Seze spent many summers visiting her there. Şen’s husband Ali Neyzi had a property in Çıralı where he built a house and planted a beautiful orchard and garden. Eventually he sold that home and it is now Akdeniz Bahcesi, a charming guesthouse. Seze had fond memories of her trips to Çıralı as a young girl, and took Bryan there for romantic vacations to break up their extended visits with her grandmother in Antayla. Bryan also fell in love with this beautiful little village, and treasured his time alone there with Seze.

Not only does Çıralı have emotional significance in our lives, it also happens to be the nicest place we’ve been to on this Earth. Although tourism has been a growing sector in Çıralı over the years, its protected status (as a sea turtle reserve) has spared it from major touristic development. No big hotels or commercial centers have been built. It is one of the only places left on the Antalya coast where you will find small scale tourism with most pansiyons hidden amongst the orange trees and chicken roaming freely on the streets. It is a beautiful, magical place that we really want to spend some time in with all of you, our nearest and dearest.
